About The Founder
Kamalini Mukerjee a Registered Dietitian provides medical nutrition therapy for all nutrition related disease conditions. Kamalini’s goal is to empower you to take control of your health and transform your mind and body towards a healthier life. Her client list has included corporations and businesses where she has helped develop wellness programs and curriculum. Additionally, she has counseled and coached thousands of clients through her private practice and health coaching business around the United States.

Professional Experience and Education
Education
Kamalini graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the state University Women’s Christian College in Chennai, India. She also received a Master’s of science in Nutrition from Winthrop University in South Carolina She completed a dietetic internship with the State of South Carolina and received registration as a registered dietitian (RD) accredited by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics .
Experience
She began her early career as a clinical Dietitian and health educator in a hospital. She has over 8 years of professional experience working with patients with a variety of personal health issues. Her experiences includes but not limited to diabetes, heart health, weight loss and management, heart failure, renal disease, celiac diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, per and post Bariatric surgery , cancer and maternal and child health. She has also designed, organized and implemented standardized health education programs and curriculum development for large corporations such as UnitedHealthCare and Savvy Sherpa. In 2010 Kamalini started her own company Nutrition For Life and continues to provide high quality services to her clients using evidence based research and practice standards.
Certifications and Honors
Kamalini holds certifications in both Adult and Pediatric weight management accredited by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has received numerous awards including the International Ambassador Scholarship, Winthrop University, Winthrop University Graduate Research Grant and the Burris Cromer Scholarship from the South Carolina Dietetic Association. She is also a certified health coach.
